My Ascension Journey with food

I wanted to share my journey towards adopting a more plant-based diet. I had been a meat eater my entire life until December 26th, 2025, when I finally fulfilled my inner wish to stop consuming meat and reduce my intake of dairy products.

My decision to transition to a more plant-based diet was initially influenced over 12 years ago by a fairyology course I took. During this course, I gained insight into energies and the harsh realities of animal agriculture. Animals are often kept in confined and stressful conditions, only to be bred or slaughtered in large numbers for human consumption. The course emphasised how the negative energy absorbed by these stressed animals is transferred to the meat and dairy products we consume, along with any chemicals used to preserve them. This realisation has stayed with me over the years, but I found it easier to continue eating meat and ignore this spiritual knowledge.

One significant event in my life was experiencing a scare with bowel cancer, which led to me having to undergo a colostomy and scan. Fortunately, I received the all-clear, but I vividly recall being informed that red meat can be difficult for our bodies to digest, often lingering in the bowel. This can have detrimental effects on the lining of bowel cells due to the rotting process. As a result, I made a conscious effort to incorporate more chicken and veg into my diet.

Over the years, I have continued to grow spiritually and connect with my guides, channeling their knowledge. It was during this period of spiritual development that I channeled the enlightening book, “New Earth – The Light Beyond the Horizon.” This book delves into the interactions between celestial Pleiadean beings, the Arcturians, and indigenous Indian tribes thousands of years ago.

The celestial beings taught the tribes about universal energies, the ethereal spirit of all living things, and the importance of respecting the animals they hunted. They emphasised the significance of only taking what was necessary from Mother Earth for survival and the interconnectedness she shares with all living beings. The book also discusses the creation of a New Earth quantum timeline, which began in 2019. Based on this new multiverse timeline, it is predicted that by 2050, a significant portion of humanity will have transitioned to a plant-based diet. Ultimately, humanity is expected to evolve into plant-based eating ascension beings, respecting Mother Earth and all living creatures.

In the year 2022/23, I made new year resolutions to go vegetarian, but I quickly found myself back to eating meat. In early 2023, I experienced a spiritual burnout from channeling an abundance of knowledge for my books. My mind felt fried, and I knew I needed a break to reset my energies. I made the decision to shut down all my groups and refrain from channeling for six months.

By the end of 2023, my spirit guides encouraged me to resume my work, telling me off new opportunities in 2024. Feeling recharged and prepared to move forward, I requested a slower pace this time around. My focus shifted towards sharing my trance knowledge and becoming a leader in the field to guide others. Throughout 2024, I noticed a shift in my diet as I gradually reduced my meat consumption. I found myself drawn away from pork, eating less meat in general and leaning towards a more plant-based diet. There was a subtle inner voice guiding me towards this new path, urging me to make changes slowly but surely.

In December of 2024, I made the decision to follow my inner guidance and stop eating meat. Instead of waiting for the new year, a voice urged me to start immediately. On Christmas Day I had my last Christmas dinner with meat with all the traditional trimmings, knowing it would be my final meal containing meat. And so, my journey as a non-meat eater began.

My husband, who is a passionate cook unlike myself, prepares most of my meals. Initially, he did not take well to my decision. He expressed his hope that it was just a phase and that I would eventually grow out of it. I offered to cook my own meals, but as we approach mid-February 2025, he is slowly adapting to the change. While my husband still enjoys his meat-based dishes and takes pleasure in showcasing his homemade steak pie, I remain committed to my path as a non-meat eater. We each have our own journey to follow, and I am grateful for his support as I continue on mine.

I have had friends’ family members question my decision to live a vegetation lifestyle, some even mocking me behind my back. However, I believe it is essential to protect my energy from the negative energies and harmful chemicals present in the food we consume. The animals we eat from across the world are often raised in fear, stress, neglect, and even hatred, which ultimately affects our own well-being. As our world evolves, I see myself as a small part of a larger movement towards self-preservation and the betterment of future generations. The ‘New Earth’ book predicts a shift towards community living and a deep respect for all life on Earth. It emphasises the importance of maintaining a spiritual connection to promote physical and mental well-being.

I do not intend to impose my beliefs on others, but I am happy to explain why I have chosen to live this way if asked. I encourage everyone to seek their own truth and connect with their higher self to make decisions that align with their inner spiritual values and beliefs.
