Teaching Trance: Online vs Face-to-Face

I was asked today whether I prefer teaching trance face-to-face or on Zoom.

To be honest, when I first tried Zoom a few years ago, I had concerns about its safety and chose to step away from it. However, my guides later encouraged me to return, explaining that they had been working on strengthening ethereal energy connections between individuals linking in trance at a distance. They guided me to work with a strict code of ethics and practice, including ensuring that if a student’s WiFi connection is unstable, trance work does not take place for them in that session.

For over two years now, I have successfully run Zoom trance groups, and it has been a truly amazing experience. Teaching online allows people from different locations to come together, making this work more accessible. It offers flexibility, consistency, and the ability for students to develop within the comfort of their own environment, while still forming strong energetic connections within the group.

That said, I do prefer sitting together in a shared physical space. There is something deeply powerful about being in the same room, blending energy, connecting, and communicating with both each other and our celestial guides. The depth of the experience can feel stronger, more grounded, and more immersive. My guides also favour this way of working, which is why I have now created a dedicated trance teaching space in my home once again.

Both approaches offer unique benefits, and each supports development in its own way. Whether online or in person, the intention remains the same, to grow, connect, and deepen our understanding of trance, spiritual realms and the quantum universe.
