In our daily 3D lives, we operate within a linear time frame, scheduling events and setting goals to accomplish. However, it is common to experience stress and feelings of failure when these objectives are not met which can lead to ill health.

Before you begin your meditation practice, it’s important to set the intention to release any ‘Dam’ blockages and allow your celestial guides to help heal and re-balance your energy. Additionally, before going to bed, ask for healing and re-balancing of your energies to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

It’s crucial to make time for yourself in the midst of your busy daily schedule. I have learned to prioritise myself-care without feeling guilty, as I understand that in order to be of service to others on Earth and to my celestial guides, I must first take care of myself.

Lastly, maintaining a positive mindset and trusting that everything will work out for the best is key. By focusing on positive thoughts and having faith in the universe, you can create a more fulfilling and harmonious life.
