Trance is an altered state of consciousness and has different levels of connection. In this blog I will start with the concept of light trance.
In the initial stages of trance, the trance communicator, also known as a trance sitter, maintains awareness of their surroundings and the happenings in the room. They may feel inspired and connected to the celestial realms, while still being firmly rooted in the physical world.
As the trance sitter progresses on their journey, their connection with the celestial realms intensifies. Through dedication and practice, they can eventually reach deeper levels of trance. This is achieved by quieting the mind and allowing the conscious mind to step aside. By doing so, the Celestial guide can blend with the human mind and establish a telepathic link through the back of the neck into the human subconscious mind.
Within the light trance I will start with what I’ll call the waking light ‘Trance state of being’ (TSB). This is where you are fully awake, can function yet mind enters light TSB starting to block out the world around you. There is some relationship to the concept of mindfulness with this concept of light trance. These are some samples of light trance states laid out below:
- Mindfulness
- Meditation
- Light trance mind blocks
- Dream State of Being
- Engagement in activities
- Daydreaming
- Celestial guide connection
- Inspirational writing
- Trance art
- Trance music
Throughout human history, humans have used music, dance and chanting to facilitate spiritual experiences, with shamans often relying on trance-inducing techniques to communicate with celestial beings’ energies. In many cultures, the trance state is believed to allow individuals to connect with their Gods and nature spirits, receiving guidance, healing, and messages from the divine. In modern times, we understand these experiences as interactions with celestial guides and elemental beings that offer insight and support to those who seek their wisdom.
The light ‘Trance State of Being’ (TSB) mentioned in this section illustrates how humans naturally slip into a state of light trance. This concept is something that we all experience in our everyday lives and during our spiritual practices. I firmly believe that understanding and embracing light trance is essential to my teachings, as it serves as a crucial element in assisting students in gaining clarity as they begin their journey into the realm of trance and establish connections with their celestial guides. By incorporating teachings on light trance, individuals can cultivate a sense of trust and deepen their bond with their celestial guides.
The journey into light trance for me began with me learning I had to be calm my mind to embrace the passive trance energy needed for my development. I started this process with my eyes wide open, guided by my celestial guides who ignited my imagination. They have a unique way of using your own life experiences, emotions, and vocabulary to communicate through you. It’s important to note that they not only access your subconscious mind, but also tap into your ethereal body, which is connected to the universal quantum domain source of all life experiences.
